Distilled in Ireland and produced in small batches, this single grain whiskey is a refined and approachable spirit that showcases both traditional craftsmanship and innovative cask finishing. Made with a mash bill of 93% corn and 7% malted barley, it delivers a smooth and mellow character. After an initial four-year maturation, the spirit is finished for six months in sweet red tawny port casks from Portugals Douro Valley, enhancing both its colour and flavour with fruit-driven richness and a delicate sweetness.
