Barsol Quebranta Primero Pisco

Distilled and bottled in one of the oldest distilleries in the Ica valley. This spirit is produced from 100% Quebranta grapes, the most widely-grown grape used for pisco.

This spirit is essentially a South American take on Brandy. Pisco is made in the wine-growing regions of Chile and Peru through a single distillation of fermented grape juice in copper pot stills. It is crafted in small batches and distilled to bottle proof, with neither water nor any other ingredients added.

• Barsol Quebranta Primero Pisco is elegant and refined with fruity aromas of ripe berries, pears and red apples. All balanced by delicate citrus touches.
• The citrus continues onto the palate, along with flavours of dark chocolate, dried apricots, pecan nuts and hints of candied peel.
• An exceptionally long finish, with slowly fading citrus.
