2007 was a fantastic year, revealing an exceptionally refreshing champagne that brings out the full impact of the fruit. This is a wonderfully complex rose from an exceptional vintage and a wine that will certainly age well.

• Salmon pink in colour, La Grande Annee Rose 2007 is extremely aromatic with strong red fruit and peachy notes
• This strength on the nose is from the addition of 5% of the complex pinot noir from the superb Cte aux Enfants vineyard
• Delicious red berry flavours continue on the palate and combine with zesty citrus fruits, which leave a lasting long finish

Bollinger La Grande Annee Rose Champagne 2007 pairs perfectly with duck breast, quail, pigeon, guinea fowl and oriental cuisine. For something sweet try rhubarb and red berry crumble. Drink now until 2030.

Mostly a warm year, 2007 was characterised by unexpected major weather events. A warm spring following with a cool summer. Although the end of the ripening process was excellent, with harvests taking place in ideal conditions.

A blend of 72% pinot noir, 28% chardonnay, and 5% red wine. Made exclusively of Grand Crus and Premier Crus from Champagne, the grapes selected are from the cuvee to keep nothing but the best juice. 14 crus make up the composition of the Grand Annee Rose, of which 92% are Grand Crus and 8% are Premier Crus.
