Ageing for an average of 25 years, Pale and Dry is a unique blend of cognacs that showcase the Delamain style. Producing exclusively from eaux-de-vie from Grande Champagne, the first cognac growth.

Remarkably delicate and elegant, ageing separately during an average of 25 years using well-seasoned Limousin oak. Then joined together (or married) for a further two years, to create a stunning and cohesive cognac.

“Pale” because it is much paler than other cognacs of this age due to the natural pale colour of the cognacs used in the blend. Matured in old casks and “Dry” because it has only its natural sweetness.
