Maturing in brand new stainless steel vats at meticulously controlled temperatures. This white wine undergoes a traditional vinification method, including long maceration to soften tannins and ensure a smooth texture.

Sourcing 80% of its chardonnay from Pays d’Oc for roundness and exotic fruit notes, and 20% from the Loire Valley for minerality and floral nuances, Jaffelin chardonnay celebrates the diversity and richness of its terroir.
