A full, fat-bodied wine that demonstrates remarkable elegance. There is a notable intake of the garrigue herbs, thyme and lavender on the nose, accompanying the dark perfumed notes of the ripe Syrah fruit.
It pairs wonderfully with a variety of dishes, in particular poultry, red meats, game and cheese.
