Description
Misty Isle Gin is infused with the spirit of Sky – a marriage of waters from the Storr Lochs and the right balance of the finest botanicals. The juniper berries used are hand-foraged from various wild locations around Skye and slowly distilled in the Isle of Skye Distillery’s copper pot stills, then vapour infused with botanicals such as coriander, angelica and lemon to name a few.
Recommended with a Scottish tonic water, and a twist of fresh orange peel to enhance the citrus taste.
