Ross-on-Wye Foxwhelp S.V.C. Pet-Nat Cider C1 2022 is an astounding Foxwhelp which won Best Single Variety at the International Cider Competition at the Museum of Cider in 2023. Foxwhelp is an iconic cider apple, originating in Herefordshire over four hundred years ago. It has vibrant strawberry and rhubarb fruity aromas and flavours, and lip-smacking acidity. Foxwhelp’s high acidity has earned this cider apple the reputation of being the Riesling of the cider world. This is a naturally sparkling Pet-Nat Foxwhelp. Delicious, tangy, sharp and fruity.
Pairs well with sushi and sashimi, fatty cuts of white meat, and high acid foods like tomato and feta.
