This wine is from vines in the Uco Valley at altitudes of 1,150m above sea level.
- A textbook example of cabernet franc with aromas and flavours of red berry fruits, green bell pepper and violet, with added spice and coffee bean complexity
- On the palate it has soft tannins and refreshing acidity
A red wine fit for all seasons that pairs well with red meats, charcuterie, tomato-based sauces and roasted Mediterranean vegetables.
